For hourly charges see the rates page. On a slow or unresponsive computer, do consider bringing the PC, laptop or netbook to the workshop.

Workshop rates are always cheaper than home or site visits. You also don't pay for time spent travelling or time spent when I can do something else - rather than watching the computer check the disk, scan for a virus, download 100Mb of drivers/utilities and so on ...
